Downdogs and Daydreams Visonboard Workshop (up to 15 people)

Description

What do you see you for your future? Is it a specific place you want to visit (Bora, Bora please!), a goal you hope to accomplish (publish a piece of poetry), a general feeling you want to arrive at (I’ll take an order of contentment with a side of euphoria.), all of the above? This workshop makes the abstract tangible by getting those places, people, ideas, and emotions committed to paper. As you will learn in the session, such recording actually makes you more likely to achieve whatever it is you set out to do.

After we spend some time getting centered on our mats through a vinyasa flow, we will shift our energy to creating art that reflects our deepest dreams.
